Usable by everyone.
Financial services should not be harder to use because of a disability. This statement sets out what we have done, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.
What we aim for
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for this website. That covers colour contrast, keyboard operation, text alternatives, and content that adapts to how you prefer to read.
What is in place
- — Every function reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- — A skip link to jump straight to page content.
- — Text that reflows without horizontal scrolling down to small screens.
- — Motion reduced automatically when your system asks for it.
- — Meaningful headings, landmarks and labels for screen reader navigation.
- — Amounts presented as text rather than images, so they can be read aloud or enlarged.
Where we fall short
The fee calculator relies on live updates that some older screen readers announce inconsistently. The same figures are always available in the published rate tables on the Pricing page, which are plain HTML tables.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site or in the app blocks you, email hello@thumapay.com with the page and what happened. Accessibility reports are treated as defects, not suggestions, and we will tell you what we intend to do about it.
