ThumaPay is preparing for launch. Licence applications are in progress with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe and IPEC. We hold no customer funds and offer no regulated service until authorised. Read our regulatory status.
Pricing

Published rates. Itemised taxes.

We publish what we charge, and we never fold the government's tax into our own line. If a number on this page differs from what the app shows you, the app wins — and we want to hear about it.

High-volume pricing is negotiated, not hidden. If your monthly collections exceed the point where published rates stop making sense for either of us, talk to us.

What we will never do

Charge a fee that was not on the confirmation screen. Round a conversion in our favour without showing the rate. Introduce a dormancy fee on an untouched balance. Bury the statutory tax inside our own line.

Understanding IMTT

The Intermediated Money Transfer Tax is a Zimbabwean statutory charge on electronic transfers. It is collected by the provider and passed to the authorities — it is not revenue for ThumaPay. We show it on its own line so you can see the difference between what we charge and what the law does.

No surprises, by design

Every rate on this page appears again on your confirmation screen before any money moves.
